About Act4Mystery

We are Act4Mystery (formerly Act4Murder), a troupe of professional actors presenting comedic murder mysteries for dinner theater since 2003. Paula Hilton, the founder of the group, moved to Northwest Florida from California in 2002, after having lived there for 22 years. During that time she performed in murder mystery dinner theater and started writing her own shows. Once in Florida, it was a natural transition into starting her own company, Act4Murder.

In 2017, Paula decided to change the name of her company, but the focus remains the same. Act4Mystery provides adult entertainment with hilarious, original murder mysteries, all written by founder Paula Hilton and performed during a fun-filled and delicious meal. What do you have to do? Simply enjoy your meal as the story unfolds around you.

In addition to public performances at various venues in our area, we are also available for private events, including fundraising events, special events, company team-building meetings and events, conventions, conferences, rehearsal dinners, corporate, private and holiday parties, and can perform in restaurants, conference rooms, hotel gathering rooms, private homes, condominiums, apartments, townhouses, tents - even trains, planes and automobiles!
